Terms of Use
Effective and last updated: September 18, 2026 · Policy version 2026-09-18.1
These terms govern use of TalkDelay. By creating an account, purchasing a plan or using the service, the parent or caregiver agrees to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Adult account and supervision
An adult must control the account, provide accurate account information, protect login credentials and supervise a child’s use. Do not let a child manage billing or account settings.
Educational service—not healthcare
TalkDelay provides educational practice and family activities. It is not medical care, speech-language therapy, diagnosis, clinical assessment, emergency support or a substitute for advice from a pediatrician, speech-language pathologist or other qualified professional. Seek professional guidance for concerns about development, hearing, safety or health.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, upload unlawful material, reverse engineer protected services, violate another person’s rights or use child-facing features to collect unnecessary personal information.
Plans, renewals and cancellation
Free and paid features may differ as shown on Pricing. Paid subscriptions renew at the displayed interval until canceled. The final price, currency and billing interval appear in Stripe checkout before confirmation. Parents can cancel through the available billing portal; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances, the payment-provider record and applicable law. Contact aiwingmen@gmail.com with the account email and transaction date. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.
Availability and changes
Features may change, be corrected, paused or discontinued. Local browser data can be lost when storage is cleared or a device changes, so exports should be kept when important. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or particular learning, speech or developmental outcomes.
Content and responsibility
TalkDelay content and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. A limited, personal, non-transferable right is granted for family use while access remains valid. Parents remain responsible for deciding whether an activity is suitable and for stopping when a child is uncomfortable.
Disclaimers, liability and law
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Any limitation of liability, warranty disclaimer, governing law and dispute process must be completed and approved by the site operator’s qualified counsel before commercial launch; mandatory local rights still apply.
